What You'll Do

The Real Estate Education Facilitator role offers an exceptional opportunity for career-minded individuals to thrive in an entrepreneurial, purpose and mission-driven environment. You will have a direct impact on student success and community engagement by facilitating a dynamic program designed to train the next generation of real estate professionals

• Lead Live Courses: Facilitate online, synchronous course for student cohorts to expand on weekly content, answer questions and provide valuable real-world insights
• Clarify Student Questions: Be available during defined periods to assist students who may have additional questions on weekly content or who want to review their examination performance
• Student Success: Be a champion of student achievement by driving successful program completion and the development of quality registered real estate education professionals in Ontario.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in real estate as a registrant with RECO
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, if facilitating the commercial real estate simulation session;
• 3+ years of experience as a broker of record or brokerage manager, if facilitating the broker wrap up;
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario's real estate principles and practices including the Trust in Real Estate Service Act 2002 (TRESA), the Code of Ethics and all other relevant legislation;
• Registered in good standing with RECO;
• Past teaching or training experience is a plus
• Familiarity with synchronous online meeting tools (such as Zoom) is a plus
• Post secondary diploma or degree;
• Technology skills - Familiarity with educational technology systems (LMS) and data management tools (SIS & CRM) to ensure smooth and efficient operations and tracking of student outcomes;
• Experience in real estate education is a plus, but is not required.
