  • Promote a customer-first mindset across the supply chain organization, aligning with company objectives
  • Spearhead value-based transformation initiatives focused on standardization, simplification, and data-driven decision making
  • Develop and implement AI-supported strategies to enhance inventory planning, sales & operations planning, and demand forecasting
  • Oversee CAPEX alignment and support go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Business Solutions teams to ensure seamless integration with build plans and customer installations
  • Optimize logistics operations, including forward and reverse logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as inventory turns, availability-to-promise, and on-time delivery
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement

You're the ideal candidate if you are:

  • A strategic thinker capable of translating complex supply chain challenges into actionable plans
  • An authentic, inspiring leader who drives engagement and leads by example
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 15 years of progressive supply chain management experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Experience managing large portfolios with multi-billion dollar inventories and over two million shipments annually
  • Proven success in large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of emerging supply chain technologies
  • Experience in telecommunications or related industries is highly recommended
