Location: Hybrid - Chicago, Toronto, or New Jersey (2x/month in office)

Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Overview:

Our client, a global financial institution, is seeking a Senior Settlements Analyst to join their High Priority Client (HPC) Operations team supporting fixed income trade settlements. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in TCC, Impact Broadridge, and broker-dealer operations to ensure timely, accurate settlement of securities transactions and support critical client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre- and post-settlement processes for fixed income products across global markets, focusing on high-value institutional clients
  • Investigate and resolve complex trade exceptions, ensuring operational integrity and timely resolution
  • Leverage TCC and Impact Broadridge systems for trade matching, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Liaise with front office, custodians, and internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to improve processes and meet SLA and compliance requirements
  • Assist with change initiatives, testing, and documentation of operational enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in securities settlements or trade support, ideally within broker-dealer environments
  • Strong working knowledge of TCC, Impact Broadridge, and fixed income trade flows
  • Proven track record supporting high-priority or institutional clients
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, operational controls, and industry standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
