About the Company: We are ATTRAVERSO, a wood-aluminum windows and doors manufacturer based in Mississauga. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of windows, doors, and curtain walls.
  • Searching for and attracting new clients (construction companies, developers, architectural firms).
  • Conducting negotiations and closing contracts.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring contract fulfillment and deal management.
  • Meeting sales targets and growing the client portfolio.
  • Analyzing market trends and competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years.
  • Mandatory experience in selling windows, doors, or construction materials.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Willingness to actively search for clients and conduct meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
  • High level of self-organization and results orientation.
  • Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
