Commission Sales Person

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Salesperson, located in Stony Plain, AB. The Salesperson will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their flooring needs, and providing product information. Developing new client contacts. collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain the overall appearance of the showroom.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Good product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about flooring products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Previous experience in the flooring industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
