- Business group: Our business group recently implemented Ivalua, and we have a significant backlog of improvements and enhancements that need to be addressed. We are seeking a skilled Ivalua Configurator to help clean up this backlog and optimize the system.

Job Summary:
The Ivalua Configurator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Ivalua platform. This hands-on role focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
- Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries) and database management.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
- Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience preparing process documentation and troubleshooting with operations team
- Hold Ivalua Certified Configuration Specialist or equivalent certifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
