Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with their key industrial clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and account management within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Retention: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, presenting our value proposition effectively. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve conversion goals and deliver customized energy solutions that meet client needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client energy requirements and deliver tailored sales presentations that address their specific challenges and objectives.

CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to meticulously track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contract processes with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales to industrial clients and at least 10 years in business development or sales roles, preferably within the energy management sector.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of industrial energy use and energy management practices.

Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.

CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
