Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify warranty issues.
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their concerns and provide updates on repair status.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of warranty work.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with homeowners.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in residential construction, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
