Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships? We're looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support our Producers and Clients in selling and servicing commercial insurance, while acting as a key link between clients, insurers, and producer.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding day-to-day customer service to our commercial clients
• Process policy changes and clearly explain coverage options
• Review accounts and renewals to ensure clients are properly protected
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Insurers, Underwriters, and Producers
• Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts
• Service all lines of commercial insurance
• Handle claim reporting and submissions
• Support Producers with administrative and client-related tasks
• Manage callbacks, submissions, and mail
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
• Promote client loyalty through attentive service and relationship management
• Stay current with company guidelines, rules, and procedures
• Accept risk within established underwriting guidelines

What You Bring:

• Active RIBO license
• Previous experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Professional, friendly, and customer-first attitude
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical skills and sound decision-making when working with multiple insurers
• Comfort with change and a proactive mindset
• Experience using Power Broker
• A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
