Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and yard machinery, aligned with production schedules
- Diagnose and repair equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues with yard equipment and processing lines
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Fabricate components and parts based on blueprints or verbal instructions
- Install, commission, and test new machinery
- Perform welding repairs on various equipment
What We're Looking For
- Certification: Must hold a valid Certificate of Qualification (Industrial Mechanic/Millwright 433A or 426A) recognized by the Ontario College of Trades
- Experience: Completion of a Millwright Apprenticeship or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a licensed Millwright
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; fabrication experience required
- Welding Proficiency: Skilled in stick and TIG welding (multi-position); MIG is a strong asset
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required
- Tools & Licensing: Must have own tools and a valid G-class driver's license with a clean abstract
