Description:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Lloydminster SCM Materials, the successful candidate will expedite material orders to ensure delivery will meet Maintenance & Projects teams requirements dates.
Responsibilities
The SCM Procurement Analyst (Expeditor) role is responsible for:
1. Contact suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials so the business unit receives the materials it needs to efficiently schedule and execute business requirements
2. Communicate with Planners & Schedulers if delivery of material will not meet requirements date to ensure work orders / jobs are re-scheduled as required
3. Communicate with Cenovus buyers when discrepancies arise such as product discontinuation, delayed delivery, supplier performance, etc.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve instances where material PO's are on hold with the supplier.
Qualifications
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Post Secondary Certificate/Diploma
Minimum of two years Supply Chain experience
In addition to the above qualifications the following qualifications would be considered and asset:
-Supply Chain Management certification
-Experience in SAP SCM Module
-Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle

-Excellent communication skills, including working collaboratively with site leadership, business unit stakeholders, and suppliers
-Highly motivated, self starter, efficient and focused
-Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in adapting to change
-Ability to Multi-Task, at times there will be overlapping workloads / deadlines that need to be balanced.
Local to the Lloydminster area is preferred.
