We are looking for a Data Integrity Administrator for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Hybrid schedule, at least 4 days in the office. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.
Role Description
The Data Integrity Administrator will support asset integrity and inspection data management. This role involves maintaining and updating inspection records in PCMS (Plant Condition Management Software), managing engineering documentation, and performing various administrative duties, including SAP uploads.
Responsibilities
- (PCMS) Create Thickness Survey event types and Import NDE Shooters/manually enter UT/RT readings.
- (PCMS) Create and enter data for PSV Servicing event types.
- (PCMS) Manage the staging area for new equipment.
- (PCMS) Create Equipment Components.
- (PCMS) Create New CML locations and link to equipment components.
- (PCMS) Create VE/VI events and enter report data.
- (PCMS) Run queries/filters of equipment due for inspection by year.
- Manage/monitoring the LC-Asset Integrity email inbox.
- Upload inspection reports into SAP BW / EDMS.
- Manage the electronic Engineered Pressure Enclosure (EPE) catalogue.
- Scan hardcopy EPE design information and add to the electronic EPE catalogue.
- Digitize Mechanical Turnover packages from previous Turnarounds and Outages.
- Order office supplies as required.
- Booking meetings as required.
- Other duties as required/assigned.
- PCMS Data Entry.
- File management services.
- Administrative assistant duties.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in oil & gas with a minimum of 5 years in an administrative role.
- High school diploma, preference for certificate/diploma/degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Experience in SAP is required.
- Experience in managing integrity management software such as PCMS, RBMI, MaxiTrack.
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate concisely.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Know how to read common engineering drawings (equipment general arrangements, isometric drawings, P&ID's).
- Highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Time management.
- Highly motivated (self-starter).
- Ability to focus on task at hand.
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve common goals and objective.
