Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the image and identity of multiple brands. This individual will develop and execute engaging marketing strategies across a variety of channels, helping to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and foster customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results.
- Brand Strategy: Craft and adapt brand messaging to effectively connect with target audiences and reinforce brand identity.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, product planning, and trade marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather market insights, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Product Launches: Support product planning in the creation and execution of effective commercial launch strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing campaign performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud is an asset.
- French language proficiency is an asset, both written and spoken.
Additional Details
- This role requires working 5 days on-site in Markham. Please note: the office is not easily accessible by public transit.
- Contract duration: 4-5 months, with a possibility of extension.
