The Franchise Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent and profitable operation of our franchise locations. This role involves providing operational support, coaching franchisees, ensuring brand compliance, and driving overall business performance through strategic guidance and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business consultant for assigned franchisees, providing strategic and operational support.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Conduct regular field visits and virtual meetings to assess operations, deliver training, and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure franchisees are compliant with brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, training, product) to implement new initiatives and share franchise feedback.
- Assist in the development and execution of business plans, sales strategies, and local marketing efforts.
- Support new store openings through pre-opening training and post-launch coaching.
- Report on franchisee performance to senior leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of franchise operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in multi-unit/franchise operations.
- 1+ years of Food & Beverage management experience.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and drive business results.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
