As we scale our development team, we're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Montreal with solid experience to help us attract and hire top engineering talent who align with our values and ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from refining job descriptions to final candidate recommendations.
  • Proactively source and engage experienced developers through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Partner with leadership and developers to understand team needs and ensure hiring aligns with business goals.
  • Participate in events, meetups, or online campaigns to promote the company and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Maintain a structured and efficient recruitment pipeline, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Use data and insights to track recruitment performance and continuously improve the process.
  • Take an active role in shaping and promoting our company culture
  • Lead or support initiatives to boost team spirit, engagement, and collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of developer roles and modern tech stacks
  • Passion for building inclusive, collaborative team environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

  • Background in employer branding or talent marketing
  • Familiarity with developer communities or startup hiring best practices
  • Experience in internal culture-building or employee engagement
