Our client, situated in a beautiful lakeside home office in Oakville, requires an Office Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with a small and friendly team of Property Managers who manage a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties across Ontario.
Duties:
- Light front office reception
- Inputting basic lease information into a specialized software and assisting tenants and leasing agents with providing rental and vacancy information.
- Communicating with external service professionals, including lawyers, insurance agents, and accounting firms.
- Handling bank deposits, assisting the accountant with creating invoices and chargebacks, and processing lease renewals.
Experience you need:
- Must have access to a vehicle for daily bank runs
- MS Word and Excel are both essential.
- 3 years of relevant administrative support experience required
This role is ideal for someone who lives locally in Oakville/Burlington and who is interested in learning and growing with a small and very well-established Property Management business. 5 days on-site.
