Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Venture Capitalist at Jung & Associates Consulting Inc., located in Toronto, ON, with some work from home acceptable. The Venture Capitalist will identify and evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial analyses, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies. The role also involves networking with industry professionals, managing investment portfolios, and preparing investment reports.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation
• Experience in conducting due diligence and market research
• Ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Experience in managing investment portfolios and preparing investment reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
• Experience in the venture capital or private equity industry is an advantage
