We're growing and we're looking for a dynamic, Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and help manage the candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in HR or recruitment to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify and qualify potential candidates using internal ATS
  • Attract highly qualified candidates using unique and descriptive postings on Linked-in and various social media platforms
  • Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to support and maximize new and existing client relationships
  • Source, screen and conduct applicable reference and background checks on qualified candidates
  • Nurture customer and candidate relationships that lead to successful placements.
  • Assist management with ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of meeting KPI's
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong ability to identify and act on underlying customer needs
  • Superior interpersonal and networking skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, resourceful, sense of urgency, quality and detail-oriented
  • Problem solving, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to research and data mine for potential candidates and customers - proactive recruiting
  • Experience with various computer software - including MS Office and ATS (Recruit CRM or similar)
