Online Operations Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for an Online Operations Specialist to lead and manage our digital sales channels, including third-party delivery platforms. This role focuses on optimizing online performance through daily platform operations, digital promotions, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Fantuan, DoorDash), including menu updates, pricing, and product listings
- Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns and seasonal activities on delivery platforms
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROI) and provide regular reports and optimization strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across digital platforms (e.g., operations, marketing, and design)
- Research competitor activities and platform trends to identify growth opportunities
- Handle customer feedback and platform-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and high service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online operations, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector
- Familiar with major food delivery platforms and their backend systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
