Product Manager Opportunity at Intercap:

Overview:

At Intercap, we're building a next-generation identity platform that brings together internet domains, blockchain, and AI: areas where we have deep experience and a strong track record of execution.

Our goal is to make it simpler for people and businesses to manage trusted, verifiable identities online - by combining proven internet standards like DNS (via ICANN), emerging systems like ENS, and the power of AI to create a more secure and user-friendly identity layer for the web.

We've already launched an MVP, validated the concept with key partners, and built a strong technical and distribution foundation. Now, we're bringing in a small founding team to take the product to full launch. As the Product Manager leading the charge, you'll help us define, build, and scale the product from its current MVP to a full-scale launch.

Summary of the Role:

This isn't your typical PM role. You'll be joining the founding team on the frontier of internet infrastructure - not as a specialist in blockchain or domains, but as someone with strong product instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset. We're looking for a builder who sees the opportunity in combining established systems like DNS with emerging technologies like blockchain and AI to reshape digital identity. From day one, you'll own product strategy, lead user discovery, and drive feature development in close collaboration with design and engineering.

In this role, you will:

• Define the product roadmap, feature set, and go-to-market priorities in close collaboration with engineering and leadership
• Conduct user discovery across both web3-native and enterprise user segments
• Translate complex user needs into structured, scalable product solutions
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from MVP to scaled rollout
• Work closely with design and engineering to deliver excellent, secure, performant experiences
• Help shape early team culture and operating cadence as a key founding contributor

Background & Experience:

• 5-7+ years in product management, ideally within infrastructure, developer platforms, or early-stage SaaS
• Experience shipping B2C products
• Strong user intuition and a structured approach to product discovery and prioritization
• The ability to zoom out on system design and zoom in on product details
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for aligning cross-functional teams
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity

Nice to Haves:

• Exposure to domain names, internet protocols, web3, or decentralized identity
• Technical literacy - you've worked closely with engineers or written code yourself
• Experience working in a venture-backed or founder-led startup
• Passion for open standards, protocol design, or composable infrastructure
