The Children, Youth and Social Services Information and Information Technology Cluster (CYSSC) is a part of GovTechON within the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP). We are partnered with the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) to build the future of human-centred and integrated services and supports for our most vulnerable Ontarians. Deliverables requirements:

Procurement Analyst:

- Preparing multiple procurement related documents, such as Request for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotations (RFQ's), etc.

- Developing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations.

- Developing bid evaluation criteria in collaboration with other team members or Cluster managers.

- Reviewing procurement processess and procedures to ensure compliance.

- Recommending award or issuance of contracts or supply arrangements for various acquisitions,such as software, IT Services, Consulting Services, etc.

- Performing contract follow-ups as required and work with several partnerships, such as Legal Services, Supply Ontario, IT Source, Flextrack etc.

- Assisting in the development and improvement of procurement procedures.

- Work with multiple reporting databases and systems, such as VMS.

- Assist the procurement team as required.
