A boutique law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with a strong focus on incorporations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and is confident handling incorporation files from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file incorporation documents for provincial and federal entities
  • Draft articles of incorporation, organizational resolutions, share structures, and related documents
  • Coordinate name searches and ensure name availability
  • Liaise with clients and government agencies to gather required information and complete filings
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate registry requirements and deadlines
  • Track and manage incorporation requests and maintain organized records

Qualifications:

  • 2-10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with a focus on incorporations
  • Strong knowledge of provincial and federal incorporation procedures and requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
