Position: Investment Administrative Assistant
Location: Fort Langley, BC

Salary: $70-90K

Key Responsibilities:
- Process investment transactions, including mutual funds, segregated funds, and GICs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
- Coordinate with financial advisors to prepare for client meetings, including compiling necessary reports and documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of new account applications and other client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry, preferably in investments.
- Strong understanding of investment products and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with investment management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
