Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking an IBM Cognos TM1 Developer for a REMOTE contract opportunity to develop, analyze, and implement Planning Analytics solutions for position costing for the department and partner organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintenance of the front-end of the TM1 solution and related reports published on the Business Intelligence portal using Cognos Analytics v10.2.2 or higher
2. Maintenance of the TM1 models, using TM1 v10.2.2 (or higher) and Framework Manager V10.1.1 or higher
3. Maintenance of the TM1 content store and security matrix to support TM1 using Cognos BI Admin and Active Directory, LDAP (for security)
4. New development in support of business cycle such as adjustments from Treasury Board directives relating to foreign services, relocation costs, etc.
5. Conduct JAD, design review and testing sessions
6. Document design architecture, high level design, and user manuals

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• SECRET level Federal Government clearance
• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering successful projects into production using TM1 10.1.1 or higher
