Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• Experience in documenting application architectures in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
• Experience in planning, designing, implementing and supporting platform solutions in an large enterprise IT environment.
• Experience leading complex (multi-stakeholder and multi-technology) IT projects Healthcare industry.
• Experience providing strategic advice related to organizational structure, roles, and skillsets required to ensure successful delivery of public sector outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment.
