About the Role

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will help develop and implement campaigns that promote events, programs, and brand engagement within a growing international community.

This is a supportive, strategy-aligned, and execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing plans to life and enhancing user experience across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing)
  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Assist with building and segmenting email campaigns via HubSpot, including testing and performance monitoring
  • Track and report on marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms)
  • Maintain organized asset libraries (images, video, templates, content)
  • Collaborate closely with senior marketing team members on campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in a digital or integrated marketing environment
  • Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Hootsuite)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, segmentation, automation flows)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web content best practices, and digital analytics
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • A team player who is flexible, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative setting

Bonus Assets

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (graphic design experience)
  • Video editing or animation skills
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services industry
