Job Title: Partnerships Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid/Downtown Toronto Office
Contract Duration: Until June 30th, 2026, with the possibility of extension
This role involves collaborating with the Integrated Marketing team to design innovative lifestyle and partnership initiatives that enhance brand visibility and cultivate connections with new audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promotions and Program Management
- Lead brand promotions and experiential marketing strategies for Canada, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Partnership Development and Management
- Formulate strategies to build relationships with key lifestyle brands, overseeing co-marketing programs and ensuring timely execution of agreements.
- Communications and Resource Management
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure integrated marketing programs and coordinate insights with global counterparts.
- Budget Management
- Develop spending budgets through effective resource allocation across marketing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree, preferably in Marketing.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer marketing or promotions within a leading company or entertainment brands.
- Experience in consumer electronics or gaming is advantageous.
- A proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns (particularly experiential and lifestyle) while managing budgets effectively.
- Background in business development, partner management, or sales is beneficial.
- Experience in digital and social media management is essential.
- A genuine passion for the industry, along with an understanding of market dynamics, is a plus.
Willingness to travel or work evenings/weekends may be necessary.
