Day To Day Responsibilities:
- 2 Levels of Service Desk Support before it's brought to this candidate within this team
- Supporting Internal Users tackling their Windows 11 Upgrade issues
Must Have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally an enterprise level organization)
- L1-3 Support in Troubleshooting Windows 11 (performance problems, disc space clean ups)
- Strong Communication/Organization/Planning/Customer Service Skills
- Strong Analysis experience
- Strong Desktop Support Experience
- Understands SCCM
Pay range: $28-$30/hr without benefits
