Full-Stack Developer with a focus on front-end experience you will plan and develop specialized application software for small to medium-sized clients. This role is part of the Application Development function responsible for providing application software development services and technical support to company projects and initiatives across the entire technology stack.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and meet user needs assessing the feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints.

- Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces while also contributing to back-end development and database design to create cohesive application solutions.

- Evaluate user needs develop code and design new software for client use. Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance.

- Assist with software testing validation installation procedures and programming. Ensure the application operates within established specifications.

- Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance software usability and functionality.

- Design and implement databases tailored to specific application areas.

- Identify required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on the clients budget security needs and other parameters.

- Collaborate with systems analysts engineers and programmers to design integrated systems that support required applications.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of standard development principles and practices applying them effectively in projects.

- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with corporate values.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Proven front-end development experience with a solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in C# development for back-end solutions.

- Familiarity with TSQL for database interactions.

- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make informed judgments.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel and Outlook.
