Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mississauga, ON. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and conducting market research. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and attending industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities
  • Negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a must
