Responsibilities
- Engage directly with startup CEOs and Founders through a strong cold-calling mentality ("no amount of calls is enough")
- Play a pivotal role in securing executive search engagements that shape tech leadership teams
- Quickly evolve from initial outreach responsibilities to independently running strategic meetings
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with 1+ years of proven success in outbound sales or SDR roles
- Track record of exceeding activity metrics in a high call volume environment
- Experienced in direct outreach to C-level startup leaders or SMB decision-makers
- Any experience selling services is a big plus
- Familiarity with tech tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Navigator (a plus, not required)
