Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brand visibility, coordinating strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth in our advisory services. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for the education sector and a strong ability to execute marketing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and research the companys educational and consulting services, identify marketing needs and enhance brand identity and recognition.
- Conduct marketing research among target audiences; analyze and identify market trends and client interests in relevant areas.
- Develop marketing strategies and create supporting content for both direct and digital campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Coordinate with all departments and implement communication and promotion strategies suitable for various social networks.
- Utilize the most relevant social media channels and develop effective advertising and marketing campaigns to grow the company's online following.
- Develop engaging and relevant topics or scenarios aligned with the companys programs, and oversee the preparation of speeches, scripts, and visuals for social media postings.
- Prepare and distribute brochures and other relevant communication materials for coworkers and incoming inquiries.
- Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets and complementary brands or organizations.
- Reach out to guest speakers and coordinate special events, lectures, and promotional information sessions targeting students and parents.
- Represent the company at events or seminars, interact actively with audiences, and respond to queries.
- Collect and evaluate internal and external feedback on marketing performance and make pertinent adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing activities; provide regular data reports and assess return on investment (ROI) to guide future marketing decisions.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Canadian educational institutions to enhance the companys brand recognition within the education sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiar with North American education systems.
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
