This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations within our office and supporting our team in achieving our company goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee, evaluate, and implement office administrative procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company policies. Manage all office services, set priorities, and ensure operational deadlines are met while ensuring adherence to operational standards. Ensure accurate record-keeping, coordinate orders for supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships. Analyze and optimize administrative operations, assist in contract negotiations, budgeting processes, and monitor expenses. Assist in the processing of financial transactions, such as purchase orders, vendor payments and payroll, while maintaining accurate financial records. Act as the primary contact for internal/external communications, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and mail professionally. Organize meetings, appointments, and company events, including scheduling, material preparation, and logistics. Compile and present detailed reports, financial summaries, and operational manuals for leadership review and decision-making. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows and productivity. Manage recruitment processes and provide administrative assistance for projects and leadership tasks. Skills & Qualifications: A minimum college diploma is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, senior administrative roles or a related field, with a strong focus on office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of financial software. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
