Key Responsibilities
Social Content & Community
- Build and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest (and emerging platforms)
- Create on-brand posts, Stories, Reels, carousels and short-form video scripts
- Monitor and nurture community engagement-respond to comments, DMs, mentions and social feedback
Email Marketing
- Plan, write, design, and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promos, automated workflows)
- Segment lists, A/B-test subject lines and creative, and analyze open/click/conversion rates
- Maintain clean subscriber lists and optimize for deliverability and growth
Content Creation & SEO
- Produce graphics, short videos, GIFs and blog-style copy for social, email, web banners and hero sections
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to inform captions, blog posts, and email subject lines
- Proofread and edit all content to ensure brand-consistent voice and flawless execution
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs-social reach, engagement, website traffic, email metrics-and deliver insights to improve ROI
- Run simple A/B tests on post formats, send times, creative treatments, then iterate
E-commerce Support
- Update and optimize Shopify listings (titles, descriptions, images, tags)
- Collaborate on promotional banners, landing pages, and paid social ad assets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, photography, product, and customer-care teams to align on launches, branding, and messaging
- Coordinate influencer outreach and sample shipments per our SOP, tracking deliverables and performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in social media management and email marketing for an e-commerce or lifestyle brand
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Strong copywriting skills, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and meticulous proofreading
- Hands-on experience with SEO best practices, social analytics (native Insights, Google Analytics) and email metrics
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication; a proactive, collaborative mindset
