Full time vairable shift - including day + night

Relocation allowance - for candidate coming from outside provience

• Night shift premium: Shift schedule: Overnight shifts from 6 pm - 6 am, 3 to 4 nights per week, including one weekend

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Electrician / Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team in Winnipeg. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal candidate will be experienced in equipment troubleshooting and both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility infrastructure
• Maintain and troubleshoot motor control systems, relay logic, and pneumatic controls
• Conduct facility (building) maintenance to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and minimize downtime

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of motor control systems, relay logic, and pneumatic controls
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is an asset
• Valid electrician certification/license for Manitoba preferred
