Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our New Glasgow team. If you're enthusiastic about home design, customer service, and helping people find the perfect fit for their space, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and appliances
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on current promotions
• Manage the full sales process-from inquiry to delivery follow-up
• Keep showroom displays clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people
• Experience in sales or retail (furniture/appliances experience a bonus!)
• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or business is a plus
