As a Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in our Analytics team by designing interactive dashboards that help our teams make informed strategic decisions. You will be at the heart of collaborating with different teams to translate business needs into clear, precise, and engaging visualizations.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Tableau Desktop & Server, including mastery of advanced features (parameters, calculations, dashboard actions).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Tableau Desktop Specialist certification, a plus).
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and integration (ETL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools such as Azure Synapse, Git.
• Strong interest in new technologies, including the integration of AI elements in visualizations.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced statistical methods, a plus.
• Collaborative and rigorous approach with a constant focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in French, spoken and written.
As a Tableau, Developer what will your responsibilities be?
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring clear and relevant data visualizations.
• Integrate and manage data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, cloud services) using ETL processes.
• Create and maintain data models and connections while ensuring data integrity and updating dashboard information.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate these needs into technical specifications and data visualizations.
• Provide analysis, trends, and strategic recommendations based on the collected data.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance, scalability, and ensure smooth user experience.
• Train and support users on Tableau features and best practices.
• Document data sources, design specifications, and development processes, and create user guides for future reference.
