Are you an experienced ERP Systems Analyst ready to drive real impact across a global organization? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to champion the use and optimization of our ERP system (Paradigm) and help streamline operations across international sites. About Our Client:

A global provider of advanced technology solutions for the aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries. Our operations span multiple regions, supporting a range of specialized manufacturing and engineering activities in areas such as electronic systems and high-reliability components.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a Super User of the ERP system (Paradigm) after completing detailed vendor training.
  • Support users across Canada, the U.S., and Asia with ERP reporting, data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure consistent, effective use of the ERP system globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and standardize business processes.
  • Coordinate ERP upgrades and enhancements company-wide.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity, system performance, and compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, building relationships within the Paradigm user community.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to system implementations and a strong desire to develop as an ERP Super User.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, CBAP) are an asset.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (across Canada, U.S., Asia).
  • Must meet CGP eligibility requirements.
