What You'll Do:

• Own the social strategy-from ideation to execution-for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and beyond.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring content is high-performing assets that align with brand identities.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep WJ and our clients ahead of the curve.
• Work closely with creative, paid media, and strategy teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize content strategies, and provide data-driven insights to clients.
• Experiment, test, and innovate-we love pushing creative boundaries.

What You Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and management.
• A strong creative eye with the ability to guide our creative team in craft engaging visuals, captions, and social-first storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Brandwatch).
• A deep understanding of social trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms.
• Experience in paid social and influencer marketing is a plus.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
