Complete Technologies is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team.
A Senior Technical Analyst contributes to the success of Complete Technologies by providing timely and professional support to our clients, excellent customer service and thrives working with a team. Our preferred candidate will have experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or equivalent.
This Position Entails:
- Working on tickets assigned while collaborating with other staff and vendor support resources to resolve issues
- Installing equipment at client sites, and occasional on-site troubleshooting if remote support options are not available
- Auditing new and existing client environments
- Providing technical assistance and consultation to other members of our organization
- Accurate documentation
- Accurate time entry
- A passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions

What you bring to the table:
- Advanced knowledge of all currently supported Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
- Experience with VMware & HyperV
- Experience with Backup technologies
- Experience in installing, configuring, and administrating Microsoft Server operating systems and roles
- An understanding of user expectations and how to apply typical IT policies and procedures
- Ability to manage Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy
- Experience with basic networking, firewalls, policies and procedures
- Technical support experience, schooling, or equivalent
- Up to date on current IT trends
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable vehicle
The job:
- Full-time, permanent
- Salary: $30- $45 per hour
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and ability
- 8-hour shift, 8AM - 5PM
- Monday to Friday
- On call - optional opt-in
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a Systems Administration or Help Desk role
- Class 5 License (required)
