Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments, ideally within the fintech or banking sector. The ideal candidate holds certifications in Azure, Databricks, and OpenShift, and has a strong track record of delivering reliable, scalable cloud solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end Azure infrastructure, driving performance, and ensuring secure, high-availability deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for application hosting and operations.
• Work closely with developers to maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across Azure services.
• Ensure cloud architecture security aligns with industry standards.
• Utilize tools like AKS, Azure Functions, and Databricks for deployment and integration.
• Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and enhance reliability.
• Support application migrations to Azure.
• Maintain architecture and configuration documentation.
• Stay updated on cloud trends, especially in fintech.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of Azure cloud experience.
• Relevant certifications (Azure Architect, Developer Associate, Databricks, OpenShift).
• Strong background in cloud security, DevOps tools, and compliance (especially for finance).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Jenkins.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills.
