What you will do
- In collaboration with our Technical Solutions Specialists, lead implementation projects across BusPlanner's suite of software solutions
- Work directly with transportation directors, route planners, and other users in delivering product training and presentations, both online and in-person (must be able to travel)
- Become a trusted industry and product expert to train your clients and lead them through change management
- Champion your clients internally by collecting and relaying their requirements to the technical and product teams
- Assist our Product Support Specialists in providing support to clients on a variable shift schedule, including occasional after-hours coverage as needed
- Be proactive in positively evolving your role and your team's processes-implementing new good ideas is highly encouraged
What you bring to the table
- Prior experience in software implementations, or similar project management roles (bonus points for familiarity with public sector clients)
- Passion for customer service and helping your clients succeed
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings
- Proven track record of success and progression in prior relevant role
Successful candidates will work in our Waterloo office for 3+ days a week for a six-month training period, with a possibility of expanded remote work after successful completion of the training phase.
The expected salary for this role starts at $60,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
