About the Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Consultant to support and optimize our SAP Business One (HANA version) implementation. This role is crucial in helping us refine our system's functionality, align it with our business goals, and drive greater operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, customizing modules, handling data migration, conducting testing, training staff, and managing the go-live support phase. This is a collaborative role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Deliverables:
Business Requirement Analysis
Meet with stakeholders to gather and understand business processes and requirements.
Analyze current systems and propose SAP-based solutions.
System Configuration
Customize SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) according to business needs.
Configure system settings and data structures.
Gap Analysis & Solution Design
Identify gaps between standard SAP functionalities and business requirements.
Develop functional specs for enhancements or custom developments (with help from ABAP developers).
Data Migration
Coordinate the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP.
Ensure data accuracy, mapping, and integrity.
Testing & Validation
Create test scripts and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
Training & Documentation
Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and super-users.
Create detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
Go-Live Support / Post Go-live Optimization
Provide hyper care support during and after go-live.
Monitor system performance and address immediate issues.
Fine-tune the system based on user feedback.
Implement updates, patches, or additional features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
SAP Business One Functional Expertise (3+ years)
Mastery of core modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM, and Service Management, with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes mapped to SAP B1 workflows.
SAP MM Module (3+ years)
Proficient in SAP Materials Management (MM), with hands-on experience in procurement processes and standard configurations.
SAP B1 SDK & Customization
Expertise in customizing forms, UI, and business logic using SAP B1 SDK tools like DI API and UI API; development of automation and tailored system extensions.
SQL & Query Development (3+ years)
Strong SQL skills for writing custom queries, reports, and dashboards; experience with SAP B1 Query Generator and data migration from legacy systems.
Crystal Reports (3+ years)
Skilled in designing advanced reports using SAP Crystal Reports and integrating them via ODBC for business analytics.
Integration Framework (B1if / APIs / Service Layer)
Practical experience with SAP B1 Integration Framework
SAP B1 Tools (3+ years)
Skilled in SAP Business One Studio, Data Transfer Workbench (DTW), Remote Support Platform (RSP), License Manager, and Implementation Center.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
