Technical Project Manager- IT

Role Description:

• IT Associate need to be citizen of the country and needs to work from customer site. (All 5 days every week)

• The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.

Required Skill Set:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project resources.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Desired Skill Set:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT sector.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
