Business Analyst

Contract Date - July 01, 2025 to June 30, 2026

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these needs to detailed IT and business requirements for developers (Leadership, different stakeholders)
• Create detailed product and system documentation - Become the subject matter expert on businessechnical processes as well as the many business applications
• Lead requirement gathering and testing/validation of technical fixes, enhancements, projects and new system implementations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Working with business leadership, define and document short- and long-term technical roadmap

Qualifications

• Exceptional communications skills. Comfortable speaking with different stakeholders at all levels of organization.
• Previous experience and knowledge working in Supply chain/warehousing environment
• Experience and knowledge with AWS and other Cloud based platforms
• Experience and understanding of AS400 preferred
• Experience working and leading in scrum environment a must
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for story development and documentation
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience using Microsoft 365 suite of products
