We are searching for a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid contract based in Toronto
- Provide elevated tier one service in English and French for our teams through: inbox management - triage or handle all inquiries from team inbox and respond to advisor inquiries or concerns with high attention to detail and accuracy and meeting service standards
- Wrike - participate to triage meetings and help answer most inquiries coming through the platform
- Problem solve: analyze and find solutions to advisor concerns in a friendly and proactive way
- Triage and complete advisor requests coming into Wrike (business baseline & inquiries)
- Report monthly on the volume and type of inquiries received in the inbox/Wrike (trends)
- Manage and continue to evolve the team's 'canned' responses and One Best Ways. This role will own the knowledge base for ASMS (similar to service desk). As such, the role will understand ASMS offering and advisor marketing guidelines to be able to answer inquiries independently
- Update advisor profile data and help to ensure advisor data in On Request Printing system is correct
- Support for emails to French advisors (e.g. Elite, Business signs, etc.) when English designer assigned to a task
- Manage main contact lists of business partners and other relevant contacts for advisors
- Responsible for a variety of operational administrative tasks, project management and supporting colleagues etc.
- Perform other related activities supporting the broader Advisor Sales and Marketing Support team as required
Successful Candidate
- 5+ years related Admin or Customer Service experience
- Experience in the financial industry an asset but not a requirement
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English, verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communicates effectively (written and verbally) to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Experience and knowledge working in Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Site/Location: Waterloo, Toronto or Montreal
