Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Tech Lead (TIBCO/ AWS/ Middleware) who will be working on a large IT project, focused on replacing Tibco, an older system used for connecting different applications. All APIs built on Tibco will be migrated to AWS, a cloud platform, to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Skill Set:

• Strong diplomatic approach to align IT and business teams
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Deep understanding of system design, AWS, middleware technologies, and APIs
• Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze API issues and drive solutions
• Hands-on experience with API development, cloud migration, and middleware
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams
