Avanciers is hiring GRC Technology Manager (RSA ARCHER) for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a Long Termed Duration role with the client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SRT: Risk and Regulatory - GRC/ERM Technology Manager (RSA ARCHER):

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Experience with design or implementation services for one or more GRC software platforms (i.e. RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM, MetricStream, Resolver, Auditboard, etc.)
• A minimum of 5-6 years of technical project delivery experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a GRC/ERM Design Lead or Solution Architect
• Working knowledge and expertise of GRC/ERM use-cases/modules (example: risk assessments, control testing, KRIs and enterprise risk reporting)
• Experience in assessing and advising clients on GRC/ERM solution platform
• Experience leading QA and guiding user acceptance testing (UAT) tests within projects
• Strong communication (including report writing), challenging, investigative, influencing, and presentational skills with senior management and in formal committee settings
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to make decisions independently
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
• Ability and experience to coach, counsel, and guide other team members
