Job Title: Intermediate SAP Basis Analyst (SAP ECC & SAP S/4 HANA)

Location: Hybrid - ideally onsite 5 days every 2 weeks (Montreal, Brossard, Sherbrooke, Valcourt, or Toronto)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing SAP Basis Analyst to monitor, maintain, and support our SAP environments. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for performance management, system recommendations, and ensuring environment integrity and stability, with a focus on test environments (80%) and production (20%) for SOX monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and ensure optimization, stability, and reliability.
• Provide recommendations for SAP HANA database sizing and tuning.
• Support and maintain SAP environments (development, testing, production).
• Manage and transport system changes between environments.
• Participate in system upgrade planning, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze and apply SAP security patches, hotfixes, and kernel/HANA upgrades.
• Handle SAP printing subsystem across all instances.
• Configure and optimize system monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and support security audit reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in environment maintenance, support, and supervision.
• Strong knowledge in one or more technical areas:
• SAP Basis Operations
• SAP Transportation Management
• SAP Solution Manager Administration
• SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with the following systems:
• SAP S/4HANA
• GTS, SCM, and Interfaces
• SAP ECC (especially Transportation Management)
• Excellent understanding of SAP system architecture and configuration.
• Familiarity with managing multiple SAP environments.
• Experience with system updates, upgrades, and refreshes.
• Experience with SOX compliance and audit reporting.

Preferred/Additional Strengths

• Experience with SAP cloud applications:
• LBN, IBP, IAS, CI-DS, BTP, ALM
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (CHARM, CSOL, DVM, etc.)
