Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Junior

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Rate: $35-40 INC

Description

• Experience creating and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps.
• Proven skills in test planning, especially for COTS applications.
• Familiar with SQL, AODA guidelines, and SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test lifecycle.
• Experience with GUI and non-GUI testing.
• Familiarity with COTS testing (e.g., Curam, Siebel, Oracle eBS).
• Understanding of case management solutions, web technologies, and reporting tools.
• Competence in Azure DevOps, test automation tools, and defect tracking.
• Experience with SQL and relational database queries.
• Knowledge of AODA compliance and ITIL processes.
• Root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and vulnerability testing.
